We're thrilled to announce a series of special meetings to celebrate the International Read to Me Day project organized by the Across The Sky Team.
Our global ambassadors, including educators, authors, and lifelong reading enthusiasts, are coming together to spread the joy of reading and the importance of literacy worldwide.
Event Schedule:
- Fun Facts about Greece & Storytelling Time with Author : Agatha Rodi and Teacher Kiki Xynta Foreign Languages from Greece : Friday, March 8th, 7:30 PM Vietnam Time.
- “Stories that we tell.” We connect with Teachers Rosanna Bruno, Silvia Destefanis, Margherita Bosca, along with their students from Italy, as well as Principal Anirudra Aryal and his students from Nepal : Thursday, March 14th, 5:30 PM Vietnam Time
- Let’s Celebrate International Read To Me Day at St. Patrick School of Quezon City, Philippines, virtually, with Teacher Debbie Myers from the USA and Teacher Nguyen Annie from Vietnam: Tuesday, March 19th, 8:30 AM Vietnam Time
- Let’s learn about Hungary & Storytelling Time with Teacher Dondi Gyöngyi Tóthné Bán from Hungary and Ambassador Lameck Elneus and Students from Tanzania: Tuesday, March 19th, 7:30 PM Vietnam Time
- Storytelling Time with Author Merissa Ocampo and Teacher Ha Nga and her students from Vietnam: Thursday, March 28th, 7:30 PM Vietnam Time.

International Read to Me Day History: Founded by Emma Mactaggartin 2018, International Read to Me Day has become a global movement. As Mactaggart famously said, "It takes a village to raise a child and it takes a child to inspire a village." Let's celebrate the impact of stories and connect through the power of reading.
